Quorn mince - Supermarket own brand vegetarian mince and red day sausages!!

Are they both free on green days?

I am trying to find if I am making any little mistakes and thought I assumed they would both be free, would just like to check :)

Also, had my first red day yesterday and quite enjoyed it so I am going to probably do 1/2 days red each week - which sausages are syn free? And is it only a certain type of ham?

Thank you - thank goodness for this forumn!!

No supermarket own brand veggie mince is not free as it is usually made from soya products. Quorn is a brand name and therefore not used in supermarket versions. Let me know which one you use and I'll look it up for you.
