They used to be free and I used them in loads recipes, then became synned and was gutted!!! Also I know mince and chicken pieces, meatballs syn free, what other quorn products are syn free? Thanks in advance, had look through posts but couldn't find answer! And limited to time with a 6 week old baby!! Xxx

The only quorn sausages that are free are the frozen Quorn brand ones or the Linda M red onion and rosemary. All the other quorn products like roasts and burgers have a syn value too. They're all quite low syn though so it might be worth just using them and counting the syns :) .x.x.
