quorn sausge quich HELP!!!!

i am going to make a sw quich was going to put chicken in it but forgot to defrost it lol i have some fresh quorn sausage in the fridge so will put that in would you cook them first of just chop it up and put them in??????????????????
 
Nah I would just put them straight in. The tend to dry out if overcooked so "double-cooking" them may not be a good idea. I have done the quiche which has sliced quorn sausage as a base and they worked fine raw as they cook during baking.
 
if they were normal pork sausages I would cook them first, but as Circes has mentioned they dont really require much cooking, so I would put them in as they are.
 
well i will do next time but decided to put ham in instead lol going to a dog show tomorrow and don't want to get persuaded by greasy burgers so taking a pack up :)
