Quorn Syns Help

Talking all things Quorn - how many syns are the Goats cheese escalope thingys? Cottage Pie? and mini quorn eggs which I love. Can't find them in the book anywhere..

Does any one know?

Hi Katkit

Syns are as follows:

Goats Cheese Escalope - 8 Syns on all plans

Cottage Pie:
300g - 3 syns on Green/EE and 4 on Red
400g - 4 syns on Green/EE and 6 on Red
500g - 4.5 syns on Green/EE and 6.5 on Red

Eggs - 2.5 syns on all plans

Yes, the eggs are 2.5 each x
