I'm doing it in Bath in June. Training is going very slowly so starting the Couch to 5K plan on Friday :) Bring it on!

I'm signed up to run in Nottingham in July, joined a running club and had my first run/jog/walk :eek: yesterday and I'll also be following the couch to 5k plan although things are aching today!

I'm doing a similar programme from a book called Running Made Easy which I really enjoy - I've been for a run this morning through Central Park (Plymouth) and really enjoyed it - never thought I'd say that! I'm on Week 3, and will have completed the 10 week plan in time for the RfL in June! xxx

i'm thinking of doing the 10k one in edinburgh, still haven't signed up yet, but my dad just got diagnosed with cancer a month ago, so would mean something to me. xx
