    So here it is -

    Hi im Rachel and I officially start SW tomorrow night (again!)
    I found reading these boards really useful when I did SW back then - just made the mistake of never going back after a BIG holiday gain and im back to square one now and then some!! Thought I would start a diary of my own to help me keep on track...

    Here goes...

    Extra Easy Day 1

    Breakfast
    Scrabled eggs with chopped ham in it.

    Snack
    Banana

    Lunch
    w/w pasta with rasted veggie syn free sauce, a pear

    Tea
    Salmon fillet, new potatoes and salad.

    HEA: Skimmed milk in tea throughout tthe day
