Rachel's Organic Raspberry Low fat .... Free ?

Hello all, as title really, I buy the 450g pots of the bio live organic ...... fat 1.6g per 100g ......


I know the mullers etc are free, but most of the "free" SW stuff has aspartame in it, and i don`t like eating as much of it as i am right now ... i want to eat healthier all round .... so is this low fat yog free, or is it synned ?

Just noticed there are some fat-free ones mentioned on the SW website that still have syns but much lower e.g. Fat free bio-live yogurt, strawberry & rhubarb 4.5 for 450g tub
