Hi - Im back to Propoints after doing ww (which worked but it was me who got bored after 4 months) then SW then low carb for my wedding 4 wks ago now. Wedding & honeymoon were beautiful but pretty much since the day after the wedding ive eaten & drank rubbish and am now feeling horrible. After months of being on some sort of diet (even if there were bad wks where i fell off the wagon) i felt i deserved some slack but now Im going to do Propoints myself to get back to how i felt about myself the morning of the wedding - fab
So here is my diary - please feel free to comment! Im doing 29 as opposed to 26 by the way as it worked for me!

milk in coffee 1pp
Bk muller greek, 20g museli & plums 4pp
lunch - 60g granary roll, salad & 20g houmous 7pp
tea - 3 grilled sausages (full fat stuff to use up!) 10pp
half a can of beans 4pp and 150g new pots 3pp
