well, this is the last post in this diary.

i've now been on here over 2 years, and this diary has been my main source of help / advice / place to vent - and all the wonderful people on here have helped me to maintain over 2 stone loss from my heaviest weight of 239lbs.

Now I think its time for a fresh start - i think some things that have happened over the last few days have really made me want to take just a few little steps to make things best for me.. starting with a new diary.

Going to ask Irene or Starlight if they can lock this diary so i can start afresh in a new one.

Still going to stay here though, as this is my home.. i like it here

again, thank you everyone for your advice and help over the last two years and i hope you'll come see me in my new diary
