hello everyone amazing what an addict can do with some tweezers, tinfoil and cellotape won't last me too long but hopefully it will tide me over until the new one arrives!

can't stop, on a split shift today - 10-3, 6-10 so going to be a long one!

gained 4lbs this week - been really off track with mum invading before she went to Turkey and with being dead busy at work. I did avoid eating any pizza yesterday like, though i did have a toffee crisp AND a packet of maltesers..

100% today though and then back down to my lowest weight and maybe a bit further for next WI can't wait to catch up on everyones goings on.. will do that in my lunch 3 hours haha!
