They are all 1.5 I believe, but the multi-pack bags are smaller are only 1 point. Quavers anyway, best check the rest before munching, I told hold any responsibility for wrong pointing ;)

morning guys, very quick visit! went to see Robin Hood last night.. oh my.. Russell Crowe yes please! Yuuuuuuummy!

Not enough sexual activity for my liking, but for a 12a it was really good :)

over points yesterday so aiming to save a couple today:

B - 60g shreddies (3) 1/2pt skimmed milk (1)
L - 2 slices bread (3) ham (1) pease pudding (1) 2 apples (1) 2 satsumas (0.5)

well i stuck to my points yesterday :D

for tea I had:

Nandos medium basted half chicken (9.5) with half a large spicy rice (2) :)

sitting me at 22.5, leaving me 1.5 spare :) whoop!

today the plan is pretty similar:

Not sure on tea yet - focusing more on the fact that its Rocky Horror tonight :D woohoo!

Hello guys! Rocky horror was really good, loved it! Got a couple of pictures of me Columbia style to post if I can figure a quick way to do it from my iPhone.

Joined a gym this morning - springs lite. After general health check and induction I only really did half an hr exercising but every little helps :)

Still burned 200kcal supposedly but will go off the AP - 2AP still isn't bad :) have fallen back in love with the cross trainer! weighing in tomorrow morning so I hope my efforts have been rewarded :D xxx

Smiled to myself the other day when someone on the tv got out their phone and Noni went " Rachael has that phone !!" thought you'd like to know you ( and your phone) were being remembered fondly

well guys, had a pretty good day :) gym, hot tub time machine, bit of food shopping, some BGT (dire acts so far LOL!) and some reports are about to get written :)

food for today:

B - 2 eggs, scrambled (3) with 1/4pt skimmed milk (0.5) and 1 slice of toast (1.5) tomato ketchup (0.5)
L - lemon sole (3.5) 225g jacket potato (2.5) salad (0) 15g salad cream (0.5) 200ml orange juice (1)
T -
S - 1/2 nachos (4.5) with jalapenos (0) and salsa dip (0.5) chicken breast (2.5)

total: 20.5 leaving 3.5 + my 2AP for tea.. might have to earn a few more AP later! :p
 
good morning :)

well I lost 2lbs which I am pleased with :) another 2lbs in the next week would be lovely!

plenty of marking to do today so best make a start xxx
