raging with myself!

    I,m so annoyed wit myself!

    Had an upset tummy last night and was feeling lousy!

    Took day off work as I wasn't well think I have a bug, didn't drink much water today or have any shakes, had some toast of all things! Had a few slices and that's all I have had today! So annoyed I,m out of ketosis and have to get back into it and its only my first week!

    I hope I can get back on track tomorrow,hope you all doing well

    Don't beat yourself up hun, you're not feeling well and it's hard especially in your first week and a tummy upset to boot. Stay positive and do what you have to to get better and then refocus on CD.

    Dont beat yourself up over it, blips happen especially when we are feeling ill, hope you feel better soon and you will get back on track soon enough Im sure.
