Rainbow Mum's Food Diary....

Well today i have started back doing Slimming Worlds extra easy plan, hopefully i can stick to it without going to a class!

Tuesday 5th july 2011

Breakfast
Oats so simple flavoured (6 1/2 syns)
Banana = F
250mls semi-skimmed milk (HE A)

Lunch
Noodle snack pot = F

Snack
SW Hi-Fi bar (HE B)
Cherries = SF
Duo frozen yoghurt bar (2syns)

Dinner
Lean steak mince = F in gravy (1/2 syn) with onions and carrots = SF
Garden peas = SF
Boiled new potatos =SF
Strawberries =SF
Meringue nest (3 syns)

Snack
2 slices wholemeal Nimble (5 syns)
Banana = SF

Total syns for day = 17

250mls Semi-skimmed milk (HE A)
Nectarine = SF

Lunch
2 X wholemeal Nimble bread (5 Syns)
Weight Watchers Bacon = F
Tomato Ketchup Teaspoon (1/2 Syn)
Weight Watchers yoghurt = F

Dinner
Chicken curry from SW Magazine (2 Syns)
Boiled white rice = F
1/2 small Naan bread (5 Syns)
Melon = SF

Snack
Ham = F
Cherries - SF
Banana = SF
Pot Noodle in a mug = F
Duo Frozen yoghurt and fruit bar (2 Syns)

Total syns for day = 14 1/2

Total syns for week so far = 31 1/2

2 X Jaffa cakes = (5 Syns)

Dinner
Chicken breast in chinese barbaque marinade = F
Boiled new potatos = SF
Fresh green beans = SF
Bowl of strawberries = SF
Meringue nest = (2 1/2 Syns)

Total Syns for today = 14

Total Syns for week so far = 45 1/2

Pasta pot shot chicken = (1 Syn)
3 slices ham = F
Melon = SF

Dinner
Spaghetti bolognaise made with lean steak mince, tinned tomatos, onion, mushrooms, stock cube, herbs = F & SF
Strawberries = SF

Had a bad night and ate crisps and chocolate and cakes! But i'm not giving up!
