Have been doing CD for a while and have a few random questions about it:

    1. Do you have to stop doing CD/SS and SS+/815...? at BMI 25? Do you just go up a plan or so you have to stop?

    2. Are all CDCs full time or do some do it part time?

    3. Can you switch CDC e.g. if you move area?

    4. If I take off Christmas Day will I have a gain that week?

    5. Does anyone find they think about this diet CONSTANTLY??

At BMI25 you need to start going up the plans, though you can just go up to 810 and stay there until goal (then move up the plans). You can't SS at BMI25 or under

I think most do it part time, some full time

Yep. Even if you don't move area. Find one you 'gel' with.

Probably, but it will mainly be water/glycogen gain. Best not to have a day off, but you'll need to talk to your CDC about how to get through Christmas

Yeah...that sounds like me when I was doing it. It's called being totally focused. Well..unless you think about 'how you should be doing it' constantly. ;)
