Is anyone doing this? There's a really good offer on at the mo, and there are no classes near me. I just wonder if it would work without going to class.

I have heard of people losing several stones doing it online, so as long as you stick to the diet it will help.

If you go to Rosemary Conley tv there is a section on there that shows the online team and how they help.

Its a good plan Judi and RC is also very SW friendly too, she does the portion control as well as the excersise, but I would say have a go and see.
