Re-feed 4 How Long??

Hi

HI all, on my 3rd day of re-feed today and sticking to it by the letter (food has never tasted so good!!) Just wondering how long the chemists are telling people to do refeed for. Mine has told me just a week then I was planning on sticking to a weight watchers style plan, but it seems people are doing 2, does it matter as long as ur not planning to go mad? Thanks xx

Hey,
I replied to you in the other thread too, it says in the LT literature to do 2 weeks of refeed if you've lost over 4-5 stone. It doesn't give an explanation tho. Mini will probably know why.
One week seems to be fine for most people, and you have a plan, so you'll be fine.
