Re-feeding tomorrow

Have decided to start re-feed tomorrow. Have just enjoyed my last nightly shake!! There is not one person who thinks I should carry on with the diet (apart from me!!), so will be starting the next stage in the journey to be thin! Very apprehensive, but also looking forward to the taste of food again.

Am planning for my first meal tomorrow evening chicken breast, grilled on the George Forman with garlic and herbs inside, and some broccoli, green beans and sprouts. Does this sound ok? My worry is I don't finish work until 6pm, so I probably won't be sitting down to eat until about 7pm, not a good start I know!!

I have my last full LT weigh in tomorrow at dinner. Should I wait until after that before I start adding milk (skimmed) to my coffee, or would I be ok to do it in the morning?

Good luck on refeed Liz, just follow the sheet and you wont go wrong.

You can have your milk straight away and I dont think a splash of milk will have any reflection on the scales.

That's great, thanks. Read your post, then went and made a coffee with milk in it. Will take a bit of getting used to having a variety rather than the plain and basic we have been so used to.

Yes, will be following the sheet to the letter for the next 2 weeks. Will be tuna salad for lunch tomorrow, and I think fish and veg for tea. Will set up a proper diary later on. Thanks again for your reply
