    Hello,

    I'm starting SS 2moro for the last ever time (i hope)! I have a wedding in 17 wks time and wondered how much weight i could lose by then if i stick to it? any ideas on how to keep me motivated and any tips to get me through the first 4 days? thanks x

    eat less move more!& mixing it up high protien & shakes
    im with you i have a wedding in 14 weeks so lets help eachother im on the diet but keep falling off the wagon and never actually getting back on it fully. its generally a stone a month.. so you could lose quiet a bit

    thanks rainbow, same with me, i stick at it til day 2 then fall off again, so this time im really fed up and eager to get through the first week!

    brilliant well we can get on it properly tmrw and report back tomorrow evening and say how we have done... just think how much happier and smaller we could be by these weddings?? xxx

    soooooo how you getting on today i did amazingly well today ...

    until i stepped through the front door, i was just home from body pump although no excuse... new day tomorrow xxx
