re-starter 26/7/10 - 2 months till my hols

Weds 13th Jan

B - banna

D - Baxter vegi soup (HEB), Half of a full melon

T - WW korma sauce with chicken

Snack - Diet coke, kitkat bar (3 fingers), apple, tea with milk (heA)
 
well i went for my 2nd weigh in today and i lost a further 2lb and got slimmer of the week whooooo
only 1lb off from loosing half a stone in 2 weeks

Thurs 14th Jan

B - readybreak and semi milk (HEA &B)

D - nothing

T - 2 pieces of chicken and chips from KFC

Snack - diet coke, 4 finger kitkat

ive been naughty hehehe , back on the wagon from 2moz as i said i will loose 3lbs by next week lol

well a new start, once again, least i havent put any weight on that i had already lost on SW. not sure how that happened.
im not going to class this time, as i wasnt keen on our leader, i didnt find her motivating, and more people gained in her group than lost. so im going to go it alone with the help of you guys

im going on hol with the family end of sept and want a body that i can feel comfortable in a bikini.......(dont we all)

1st day
Mon 26th July

B - porridge & semi skin milk 1A&1B

mid snack - mixed fruit - strawberrys, rasberrys & apple

D - salmon & mixed pasta

T - pork & stuffed peppers (tuna,tomarto,bacon)

snack - 1 orange & 1 kewi

felt full all day , didnt even think to raid the vending machine lol
