Well 8lb of my horrendous gain gone. Even after I was naughty and had a kfc yesterday after Christmas shopping. But I hadn't had any lunch only a 400 calorie breakfast.

So pleased with myself, I have just resisted lasagne for my tea. Cooked it for hubby and son. I was so tempted but I was very good and feel even better for not having it.
