Re-starting for the final time, this is it!!!!

    Well i am back, some of you may remember me from last year. I lost alot of weight but sadly :(:mad: i have put alot of it back on. Had a tough last few months in 2011. So 2012 is my year i will do it and keep it off. I am so ashamed that i failed last year after doing so well:break_diet: I have my sons first communion in May, really want to look nice for him and me. Nothing can stop me now (i hope lol)

    So heres to day one back on the little blue pills. No going back now, just taken my first one. I am currently using some of the ones i had leftover from last time, so i am hoping my doctor will prescribe me more when these have gone!!! I cant see any reason why he wouldnt, but who knows what go's through their heads sometimes :)

    Hi & welcome back! Firstly you didn't fail you just had a bad time of it & did what clearly we've all done in the same situation & turned to food. What matters is that you've clambered back on the wagon & are positive! We're running an Easter Challenge if you want to join to help keep you motivated there's still 11 weeks to go. Its a stickie on the main xen board. Onwards & downwards x

    Your all still doing so well, puts me to shame lol.

    Lexie thats the habbit i have to break, turning to food in bad times. Its just a natural instinct, something i have always done, thats going to be a hard one to get past :) Well at the time it was either that or drink lol. Thinking about the drink might have kept the weight off :D Still trying to get myself together after it all, my thoughts were to get back to where i started. Then eventually i will feel better about myself!! With the support from everyone here, and i know you all give great support i will get there.!!!

    That fat keeps me (more or less) on the straight and narrow ;) it's 2lb

    Kind of scary when you look at it really isnt it!! To think i am carrying so much of that around!!

    Well so far so good today, just dont know what to have for tea tonight. Think i over did the bread abit today, bread was always my downfall and it just seems to go with everything... :) Definitely going to have to cut down on it!! Anyone else have a bread problem?? When ever i dont know what to have i tend to turn to bread, my mum was always the same, still is!!

    I have a HUGE bread problem!! I have to try & avoid buying bread I really like, Asda do 2 fresh loaves sliced for £1 & if I buy the white I can easily eat 4 slices a day & want more!!! I try to stick at 2 a day but its hard some days & I would say probably three times a week I have 4 slices & it doesn't cause too many problems. How about some "roast" new potatoes with veg & some sort of meat.... x

    Glad i am not the only one with a bread addiction!! I think its just because its so easy and handy lol!! I love potatoes too especially mashed could eat a while pot with gravy :eek: think i am just a carbs girl :)

    I still eat Bisto Best which isn't officially within the rules (think its 5.8g/100g) but I have been ok with it & have it at least twice a week.......

    the harry ramsdens packets of gravy are nice, think they are in the rule, will have to check.

    think i have gone way out on cals today, but fat wise alls good!! For this week at least i am only bothering with the fat, not even going to think about cals (well not too much anyway)

    So day one done and i am happy enough as far as first days go!!

    If i have anything later it will just be a low fat yogurt!!
