Heyyyy 
Really fancy a ready meal.which is strange as I never ever eat ready meals. But will be at work today and just fancied something hot I can microwave.I would have made something to take in.but don't have to time now. Ill be going to sainsburys in my lunch hour.can anyone recommend a syn free/low syn ready meal from sainsburys please? Xx
