Hi thank you. I have no idea how to add people and what to do on mfp lol. I only use it to do my calories lol I'm such a simple person. Take a look through people's diaries for motivation. I joined a Facebook group for this diet which helps alot too. X
 
Ok here's the end of my DD. going to bed... Hungry my tummy is rumbling! Cannot wait for up day tomorrow for sure! I really hope this works I keep doubting it but I'm scared lol. Night all!
 
Well done on completing your first DD Kelly- I completed mine too :) looking forward to an ID tomorrow.

Weighed myself this morning after doing my first dd. I have lost 2lbs. Today is an up day but I'm strangely not hungry.
 
Ok so an up day for me today. Food as below:

Breakfast- chocolate shreddies (couldn't finish them..)
Snack- graze box of oatbakes and caramelised onion chutney
Lunch- pasta pesto salad and chicken, pack of ringos crisps.
Snacks- chocolate, liquorice
Drink: 1.5 litres of water, 500ml diet coke and a diet vimto.
Not sure on what to have for dinner yet. I have Pilates tonight. I checked my calories on the website and it said up days I should have 3100 and down days 650 that seems alot for up days as I never usually eat that many calories but I like the idea of 650 cals for dd. do you think this is ok? I think its quite high due to my age weight and I exercise a fair bit. I would like to go to the gym tomorrow on my dd so I will have 650 cals and see how that goes? What do you guys think?
I'm just planning my menu for tomorrow. X

Oh yeah! Haha I think I was quite tired when I wrote that out considering I can do simple maths lol

Ooh yeah gotta love spaghetti on toast, it's only small but still love it! Especially as they're spaghetti hoops hehe! Next time I May get the kids type alphabetty spaghetti lol x

Tonight's dinner has changed to a ready meal by weight watchers. It was only 197 calories so added a salad too! :)
