Good girl! It's hard when you're on your own. I find the little voice that says "go on.....nobody will ever know" can get very loud when there's just me and the dog in the house!
Being a Labrador, she's a bad influence anyway; she'd just LOVE it if I succumbed to the lure of the toaster and shared a slice with her as I used to!
So I find myself yelling " I WILL AND SO WILL THE SCALES" and thinking of one of my "golden moments" .... like the first time I found that I could wrap a standard sized bath towel around me and NOT cover all eventualities! One can't flash one's 'eventualities' through a gaping bath towel can one

Saw a lovely pair of jeans in Sainsburys today... the Gok stuff in TU!!! Nearly bought a pair in a 16!!! As an incentive!!!! I wish i'd got them now!!! x

Got myself a pair of (Mid) incentive jeans..... Size 18.... as i have no skinnies for with my winter boots!!! So the race in on to get into....and then out of them!!!
Feeling good today!!! Slipped at work the other day thougha dn pulled a muscle in my leg do the walk/jogs are off until thats better so bit bummed about that!!!
Hoping for a good loss this week!!! We'll see.... Hoping to see 2...3...Something........and not 2...4....something this week!!!!
