:help2:Hi everyone have just started on the diet today,lost a lot of weight a few years ago but it was a little different then.Then you were not allowed any carbs in first 2 weeks and just read you are now allowed 20 grms a day,hope i can work it out :confused: also good luck to everyone.
 
Hi Nanamoon, welcome to the board. You will get lots of help here and on the low carbs board. I assume that you have seen that the 20 net grams is from a restricted list of foods? I am loving low carb meals and it's made me so much more creative. Check out the recipes thread. Some great ideas on there.
