really fed up

its looking like a week of no weightloss and yes i had a slip up yesterday with a small piece of cereal bar and another small piece today but i hadn't lost anybefore my slip ups either. i have been exercising more this week and its probably that it doesn't seem fair you work hard at exercising and you get no reward of losing weight.
i'm so craving food tonight and i get weighed tommorrow i'm worried that once i get weighed i'm gonna binge.

Get yourself a tape measure! My CDC has been away for 2 weeks and I don't get weighed until next Tues. I've found more motivation from inches being lost while I can't weigh myself!

And don't be so hard on yourself, everyone slips up at some point. It's a blinking hard diet, if not THE hardest to do. Give yourself credit for what you've already achieved, looking at your stats I'd love to be where you are at the mo!

I've started talking to myself when I'm having cravings like a proper loon lol, maybe try that ;)

lol yeah i can do loony thanks hun will try the tape measure but only measurements i have is what cdc does i do much tighter than her lol.
i think my issue is i go away in 5 weeks and i want to be as close to target as i can.

I'm feeling your pain! But the tape measure is nice when the scales are being horrible sometimes!!
I only lost 1.5 pounds this week. But I lost 1inch from my waist and 1inch from my hips. Keep at it girlie x

Similar to you I go away in 6wks, know how you're feeling! Trying to get as much off before the swimwear goes on! Last min dash to the shops for hol clothes in smaller sizes is gunna be very enjoyable though! If not even a tad stressful, well for me anyway, I'm a bit of an organiser and have normally packed a week before lol!
