Really gotta do it this time!!!

Thursday 11th March

Oh dear not a good day today! I have been off work for 4 days with a chest infection and today it has got me down! I don't feel well enough to teach 30 teenagers 5 times through the day, but at the same time i feel guilty for being off work! :character00117: And this got on top of me at lunch time. I had had too much time to think this morning and it got me really down so i decided i would go to sainsburys to get some lunch. So off i went full of ideas about all the foods that would make me feel better, and i could have eaten all sorts of naughties! :eating: I had a hit of conscience half way round though and ended up with a tin of veg ravioli and a bread roll. Now i thought this was quite good until i calculated the points for the ravioli, 5 points :eek::eek::eek:

But hey ho, i think as long as i don't eat anything after dinner i should still be ok. :cross:

B - balance, milk, 3 toast, spread and jam 6pts
L - Ravioli 5pts, bread roll 2pts, spread 0.5, banana 1.5pts. 3 x rich tea 1.5pts.
D - Cajun chicken rice

i know how you feel with the guilt, but end of day you need to keep yourself healthy and if you go into work not well you'll just make yourself worse.

Right, haven't tracked since thursday simply because i know i have been well over my daily allowance. Feeling quite down about it tbh, but am going to get back on track tomorrow. Am still not feeling v well, bit junk food is not going to help me get back to feeling normal.

Am out for a carvery with family today so will take it easy with the roasts and pile on the 0 point veg! Fresh start tomorrow, gotta remember why i started this in the first place! Holiday bod here i come!!
 
I too am not feeling very well and have been off points today, i am back on tomorrow too and hopefully back on properly. Good luck hun.
