Try not to drink after 8pm and you might find you don't need to go. That's working for me, and I used to go 3 times a night.

Thanks kuromi. Suspect I'm weeing all the time and during the night just now because I've been messing about for weeks so this is just day 3 of being 100%. I'm sure it will settle down
