Really p****d off!!

S: 13st5lb C: 10st1lb G: 10st8lb BMI: 25 Loss: 3st4lb(24.6%)
I had 1lb to go this week till i could drop my target again, was 110% good, did a food diary and everything and GAINED 2.5lb! I never gain that much not even after holidays! My C looked at my diary and said it was fine, really angry! :cry::mad:
And to top it of the mortgage company are messing us about with the new house we want to buy!
Went to tesco after club and got some lovely furry slipper boots and a double decker (syns please anyone?) to cheer myself up.
Gonna have another coffee and watch crap on tv till the kids come home! (in my new slippers eating my double decker!)

It will be the only syns i have today, as much as i want to eat more choc, im not going to start this week over synning

hi lucylupin!!! you sound like your having a day like mine :( i feel fed up too! i know that the double decker is very high in syns soooo just class it as a well deserved treat :) i think it could be around 15 :/ well chill and watch some crappy tv in your lovely warm slippers and just enjoy xx hope u feel better later xx

Aww im sorry Lucy!! Sometimes the scales can be a right bummer!!

It can be things like, water retention, *week, losing inches instead of lbs, needing to poo (lol), or the scales just deciding its not your week.

Keep at it, it will come off next week. If your good the scales cant deny you forever!!

My Consultant (probably trying to cheer up her group - alot of us gained) said that it could be psycological. In that your focusing so much on the next award that you get really stressed and when you're stressed you tend to gain weight.

Kinda made sense for me. Last week I was focused on my 2.5lbs award. I think we just need to chill out, relax a little bit and have a nice calm week. It's probably really hard to not think about target when your so close, but try to forget about target :)
