really struggling this week

Hang in there Kaz, as you say 1 more day and a some extra calories coming your way, but sorry sausage rolls etc are more than 5% lol. Its horrid when the little gremlin sits on your shoulder teasing you with cravings, but you can beat it, just keep saying no, no, no! Be careful that you don't think to yourself just because you have the extra calories you can have EVERYTHING you want. Think about making better choices with crisps, look at the nutritional info and go for the ones with less fat in. French fries aren't bad and can hit the mark. Sausage rolls, if you realy, realy have to have one to satisfy the urge, buy ONE, cut it in half and throw one half in the bin. Don't buy a pack as the temptation to eat the lot will be calling you till there all gone. Find your will power, and baseball bat and smack the gremlin into touch, you will be so proud that you did. :D Sending you lots of virtual will power hun, good luck.
