Hi there, I have just been in the exact same situation as you. Last week, I had some personal stuff going off, which threw me off the plan, then I got going again and was ill, so just over a week, iv not really stuck to the plan.
I had a devil/angel conversation going round in my head. One saying, just carry on eating crap til weigh-day, accept the scales and get back on track next week. And the other one was saying, no start the plan again from this minute because if you carry on eating rubbish, your going to have an even bigger gain. It went on like that for a while.
I then decided that I would have a sneaky peak on the scales (and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do that), but just seeing how much I had gained in the short time of being off the plan, it made me realise that I needed to start on the plan immediately to control the gain and hopefully bring it back to a maintain instead. I am now on a reyt mission to do that.
Get a piece of paper and write down all the reasons why you want to lose weight and stick it on the fridge or on a cupboard, somewhere you can see it alot.
You have done so well up to now, so dont throw it away. Keep it going and you will feel so much better in the long run.
Good luck luv xx
