Really struggling.

    So I don't know what's wrong with me lately but I'm really struggling to stay within points, so much so that I've gone to my maintenance points (26) and I'm still starving hungry all the time.

    I just can't work out what's going on with my body. I've still got 5lbs to lose from Christmas still. I've started back at the gym at Uni (hopefully some of the extra points I'm having are being worked off) 3 times a week and I'm going to take up swimming again.
    I just can't figure out why I'm suddenly so hungry. It's driving me crazy, all I want to do is eat and I know that doing that will just lead to me shoving back on all the weight I've lost.
