REALLY stuck

    Hi

    This is really getting me down now. I have gone from 13,3 to 9 stone 6 but have put on 2lbs in the last week or so. I have not done anything different. All through my diet i have had my treats.

    I am doing sit ups practically every day and i try to d at least 100 to try and tone a little. I admit i dont do too much exercise, maybe 50cal to 100 cals on exercise bike and thats it.

    Im happy in my clothes, its just in my bikini i want to be a bit flatter and more toned...

    Any suggestions because im getting really stressed and upset with it :(

    First of all a massive congratulations on your amazing weight loss, very inspirational!

    I really wouldnt worry about a 2lb weight gain, if your are calorie counting & not going over what you should be eating then im sure it is all down to water weight or maybe time of the month?

    Just keep doing what your doing hun, youve lost nearly 4 stone from calorie counting so your obviously doing something right :)

    Good luck on the final 6lb, i know you can do it!

    Aww thankyou i feel a fraud moaning when there are people still tryin aswell so hard.
    Just sooo annoying. I have 5 weeks to lose 6lb and since xmas i have only lost 2lb going off what i am now.

    I have done exercise and my usual 100 sit ups tonight so i will have to just wait and see. Think i may try holiday clothes on too, might boost me a bit...

    where is it that you want to flatten, the bit below your belly button??

    Sometimes genetics just wont allow you to have what you wish

    Im 6 stone heavier than my sister who is a size ten and 5ft7 but we both have similar shape, and a little pouchy thing below the belly button and above the pubis, no matter our weight we still have this and she is gym bunny.

    Keep going and persevere but dont be too harsh with yourself keep focus on your good points and dont worry about things you cant change

    Thankyou, been talking to people at work and they ll say a lot of people have it you would never think and it isnt anything that will go unless you have a tummy tuck which is one thing i cannot put myself through, yuk lol

    Thankyou though..i appreciate it :) Some things really help what people say on here to just make you realise
