I have been on and off sw for most of this year (ill be honest mostly off!!). I go on holiday in a month and realistically I HAVE to shift at least half a stone in a month otherwise none of my holiday clothes will fit and i am not in a postion to buy anymore as Im skint (stupid broken car!!). I now i can get there if i stick to it, my problem is i get impatient, expect overnight miracles and get depressed when they dont come so end up binging!! I just need reassurance and convincing i will get to where i wanna be for my hols if i stick to it.

Ive already managed to avoid binging on mars bars this afternoon and have got back into my exercise. Any other tips to keep motivated or boost my loss?!

Hang up the holiday clothes, put holiday photos on the fridge, cupboard in your purse.

Buy yourself a treat tin & fill it with lots of low syn treats.

Buy lots of your favourite fruit & veg & if you like it sweet add yogurt/ff greek yogurt etc.

Remind yourself how disappointed you will be if when it's your hols you've no clothes to wear.

Yes you can do this, come on here regularly for support.:D
