I'm new to this site and am about to start my second week of Dukan's Cruise phase. I thought keeping an online diary of what I'm eating could be helpful and an easy way to ask for advice if I need it at some stage. I started out at 160lbs and this
morning weighed in at 150.4 lbs. I'm 5' 3.5" and hoping to get down to 115 lbs.
So...
I started off with a one hour Tar Bo workout then,
B: Dukan gallet with a spoon of non fat yoghurt
L: Ham and egg whites cooked in a non-stick pan
D: slow cooked chicken breasts with half an onion, garlic, basil and veggie stock.
Snacks: sugar free jelly with 0% Greek yoghurt, several cups of tea each with a spoon of sweetener and some light soy milk.
I was probably a little light on the water today.
