red cabbage, green cabbage, spring onions, chopped not too finely,
i tub cream cheese, wizzed up with mayo and a splash of dble cream, mix it all together.
if your a fan, do a tub of st agur blue spreadable instead of the cream cheese, yum!

Red cabbage, white cabbage, spring onions, mayo, a few splashes of vinegar. Add the vinegar and mayo to the chopped ingredients slowly until you get the taste/consistency you want. It does go pink btw!
