does anyone have any recipes for syn free salad dressings or anything like that
This is one I use a lot.... originally made it to go with a feta and watermelon salad but it goes great with most things..

3/4 cups of Passata ( you could use tomato or clamato juice)
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
1 handful of finely chopped herbs ( I used parsley, thyme, sage, mint,chives and oregano as I have them in my garden)
2 sachets of splenda ( but any sweetener will do)

Put them all into a container and give them a good shake....chill in the fridge till you are ready to use it....

I sometimes make a dressing of fromage frais (the virtually no fat one....free) add lemon juice, salt and pepper mix. Adjust the flavour to suit yourself........add a bit of sweetener (just a touch) or add tabasco sauce or worcester sauce, or soy, whatever tickles your pickle.
