Step 1 Sole Source Recipe ideas on SS!

My consultant advised me that when I'm having a really bad day I can have my 160g of chicken and my 80g of veg, Or I could cut up the chicken and have it with my Cambridge chicken & mushroom soup which I thought was a fantastic idea :D

Just wondering what other tips you have been given to vary your meals?
