Hi
Does anyone have any recipe ideas/ tips for green days? I've been doing slimming world for 6 months and only managed to loose 1/2 stone. My leader has suggested switching to green days but need some breakfast/ lunch ideas?
Would really appreciate some help?

How about beans on toast for breakfast, and soups for Dinner/Supper? I have the beans on toast every day and soups at least two a week. I don't do Green Knowingly but I think these will be ok, I have lost weight every week now for 30 weeks so something is working!
