Prawn Curry in a Hurry
serves 2 166 calories per serving
Ingredients
2 tbsp curry paste
1 onion(chopped)
200g raw or cooked prawns
400g can of chopped tomatoes with garlic
coriander
How to cook
1. put a little oil into a pan,heat and add chopped onion.
2. stir in the curry paste
3. add prawns and can of tomatoes and bring to a simmer
4. add coriander just before serving.
serve with boiled rice or naan bread
