Recommendations

    Ok, not so much new as been on the forum a little while throughout my CD journey. I gave up CD after reaching the loss I have and not going any further. I wasnt loosing anything from one week to the next.

    CD finished about three weeks ago, since then I've started to exercise three/four times a week (moderatley) and trying to watch what I eat. I dont know at the moment my weight as I havent weighed for a few days.

    So my question, what are your suggestions for my way forward? What would you recommend? Ideally I want to drop 14 more pounds by christmas.

    Advise please?!

    If you have looked at doing one of the higher plans on CD and you don't think it is for you, then perhaps you could consider doing SW or WW...that might be the way forward with all the exercising you are doing.
