Any recommendations of good websites for tracking weight loss/food intake/exercise? If free or iPhone integrated even better
I was using imapmyfitness for tracking my bike rides & steps - it works with iPhone/gps & uploads data to website but recently it has not been tracking. Also one major bad point is it does not detect when you are not walking so if you get in a car it tracks it as steps. I managed to do about 6 miles in minutes lol
I use daily burn for tracking my exercise & weight. Once again it is integrated with iPhone. You can also track food intake but it is american do does not recognise a lot of english food so you have to manually input them. Pain!
It's just a big pain having to use all of them as each of them have features I like. Would love to find a site that has a combination of all their features. Free and iPhone integrated would be a bonus too
