I've read so many posts today of people who are craving chocolate. I've found that I have to have non at all now.... One taste of it and I can't stop. To be honest after a few days the craving does go away and I find I can cope better sticking to the plan. It is a real addiction, and I know exactly how you all feel but I'd suggest finding something other than chocolate as your treat and you may find your cravings will calm down alot, as mine have....x

I'm glad I'm not the only one!

My cravings got so bad I ended up eating a huge slab of chocolate tart a couple of days ago :(

I had been so good before that it made me feel horrible.

It's always been my downfall and got me to the size i was..... When I start on it I eat it without even tasting it to be honest. But can honestly say after the first couple of days of missing it the craving does go. It's all or nothing for me I'm afraid :-(
