Rectifying a bad weekend

Hi guys

I was really off plan at the weekend so have decided to drop my points to 28 (from 31) and be extra good till weight- in on Saturday, would appreciate ur thoughts

try and keep yourself full wit soups and salads :) x
 
Lynn I feel exactly the same, the weekend was not my finest diet moment! Let me know how it works, I am on 30 but not sure how much lower I should go.
 
This has definitely worked for me in the past. Easter weekend was always going to be a difficult one in my house! x
