Hello, can anyone reccomend a red day diary I could have a browse of? I do red days and my losses have slowed down the last two weeks (I'm on week 5 and have maintained for the last two weeks). My consultant suggested I'm not having enough super free so I just wanted to see how much everyone else has ! Thank you :) x
