No sorry - noodles are not a HEB as they do not have enough fibre in them. You would need to syn them I'm afraid or do extra easy instead where they would be free.

Thanks for your quick reply. I am trying to stick to red days at the moment as a bit stuck with the last couple of lbs (that I put on over my holiday)

I worked out that they would be 8.5 syns for 50g....hmmmm don't think it's worth it so will either do pasta or skip it all together. Planning on doing sweet chilli chicken with roasted veggies for tea tonight :)
