Red day lunches

    I'm just thinking about having a week of Red days, but i'm struggling to come up with some Red day lunches based on being limited to just a microwave at work.

    Does anyone have any ideas please??

    Diet:
    Slowly cutting out refined sugar and cooking more from scratch
    I tend to have fairly lazy lunches ie

    sw quiche - made with 3 eggs, tub cottage cheese (no fat) , bacon, onion, sliced tomatoe

    rivita and philly light (HEXB and HEXA) with bits of salad etc

    bacon lettuce tomatoe sandwich (even nice cold)
