Original Red day - what's for lunch?

Hi All,

I normally do EE now, but have started doing red days for the day before and day of WI. It's bonkers, but you know what it is like - hoping it helps get a bit more weight off ;)

Anyway, I'm fine for dinner, but get a bit stuck for lunch ideas. Anyone got any suggestions?

I do red the majority of the time and I'm eating my lunch at my desk as we speak....I have just had a pack of the Morrisons eat smart BBQ chicken (free) followed by muller yog and fruit.

Perfect for me :)

Oooh yum, they all sounds v tasty!

I had a rummage in my cupboards and decided on tuna with beetroot & salad. All your lunches sound much nicer though :D

Yeah thats what I tend to have - chicken...I just had a pack of morrisons eat smart bbq chicken too.

For me on lunchtime its either chicken salad or tuna salad! followed by fruit :)

Tuna & cheese omelette? Oh now I really wish I had thought of that a couple hrs ago!! I keep forgetting I have an extra HEa&b today - I know what I'll have tomorrow anyway ;)

I always make a little extra for dinner the night before and have that for my lunch as I sometimes struggle with red day lunches.

Today was leftover Nigella gherkin & dill turkey steaks, green beans and cauliflower mush (cauli mashed with LCL triangles).
