hello ived tryed ee , and to be honest its just not for me , i need a little help with red days meal ideas that will suit my family, of me and oh and 3 children(every other weekend , my 2 step daughters ,very fussy eaters come over , so 5 children at weekends ) , weekdays are a massive rush like all mums , need speedy meals on red. is there also any ready to cook meats i can have either low syn or free eg beef in gravy ect (frozen).or slow cooker meals , also meals to micro as oh works nights ,sick and tired of cooking so many different meals ,would love just to cook one meal , sorry for all the questions and asking . any advice would be great thank you xx

Hi, yes this months mag has a tesco frozen roast beef brisket in ale gravy it's free might be a push feeding 7 tho you might need two.

I've just done sw free doner kebab it was ace.

Quick cook frying steak do kids chips you have veg?

I personally haven't found a one pot/slow cook recipe that works but that's just me.

You can do home made nandos chicken that's a few syns for the sauce.
