Original Red days

Hey, I might be asking a stupid question but when doing the original plan, do you have to have a 3rd of your plate super free??

I'm just trying it for the first time and so I am really unsure about what I'm doing on red!!

I'm not really sure how you can do red days without at least 1/3rd super free tbh. I think my lunch & dinner on a red day is at least 1/2 super free veg.

It's a recommendation on all plans though, so if you can do it, it will help your weight loss for sure.

Agree! When I do Red Days about 3/4 of my plate is superfree which is why I have such good losses on Red!

Im starting red today then. Such good feedback about it!
 
I had a red day last week and agree its impossible not to have lots of superfree! lol
 
I have never done red days, think I will try a few after I get weighed tomorrow :) Need to read up on it though

Had my first red day today and loved it.
B: bitesize weetabix(hex b), 175ml soya light(half hex a)
L: tuna salad, melon and strawberries and yoghurt.
D: pork chop (fat removed), salad, 200g boiled pots(hex b), 30g cheese (hex a)
S: small amount of steamed crunchy broccoli with 15g melted cheese (half hex a) and some garlic on top - was actually lovely. Apple, mandarin, melon.

If there's anything I've done wrong please let me know xx

I did them wed-fri and doing ee on weekends. Just so I can have some carbs as a treat, its stopping me wanting junk in a way because all I want is some pasta lol. But will return to red tomorrow and continue Mon-fri. Id gained weight from last weekend. And dropped 2lb of it after 3red days so im very happy with them!

Same here I always have piles of superfree on red days :)
